Unalome, acting on behalf of BCon and l’Élément Humain France™ (hereafter named « The Element H - Health team »), takes your privacy very seriously and as such aims to inform you as good as possible.

We commit to treat and protect your personal data in strict compliance with the applicable laws, in particular the belgian law of 8 december 1992 about data privacy regarding the handling of personal data (« LVP ») and, as of 25 may 2018, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation n° 2016/679, of 27 april 2016 (“GDPR”).

The collection and handling of your data is solely motivated by the need for research and development on the instrument called « Element H », and in particular its statistical study. Your explicit consent to the present conditions of data protection will be asked. You are entitled at any moment to ask a copy of your personal data in order to validate the correctness of the information stored and/or to correct or update them. Your request will be taken in account and handled.

After completing your survey, The Element H - Health team treats a series of personal data.

To what intent are we collecting and handling your personal data ?

The collection and handling of your data is solely motivated by the need for research and development on the instrument called « Element H - Health », and in particular for its statistical study.

Your explicit consent will be asked.

Upon their extraction for statistical treatment, your data is anonymized through advanced encryption techniques hence preventing the statistics team to access personal data.

The statistical treatment is intended to tune and scientifically validate :

• The unique understanding of the phrasing of the sentences in the survey
• The reproduceability of the designed scales
• The consistency of the situations referred to by the sentences
• The valued assigned to each sentence
• The classification and sorting of the sentences

You are welcome to provide or not the personal data mentioned below. However, refusing to provide the data will make it impossible to fill in the survey and get its results.

What personal data are we handling ?

We collect the following data :

• Your first and last name
• Your age range
• Your gender
• Your email
• Your country of residence
• The date you answer the survey

With whomd do we share the data ?

The personal data we process is done so confidentially. The Human Element Practitioner with whom you are in contact will record them in the database to generate the link allowing to you to access your survey.

You confirm your consent to use the anonymised data for statistical purposes mentioned above upon answering your survey. The personal data is only transferred to scientists specialized in statistical data treatment.

Those service providers may be located outside of the EU. In this particular case, your data is protected because

• The transmitted data is anonymised to encryption techniques.
• The service providers are located in the USA and have adhered to the « Privacy Shield »
• And appropriate legal agreements have been set up with the receiving parties.

How long do we keep your data ?

The data handled in the frame of the statistical study on Element H - Health, based on your consent, are kept the time needed to realisation and the validation of the scientifical study or until the moment you take back your consent.

What measures are inplace to prevent abuser or unauthorized access ?

The Element H - Health team has put in place a series of electronic and administrative measures as well as physical materials. The team regularly revisits those measures and performs updates in order to protect your data against unauthorized access, to ensure security and to mandate proper use of the data collected to ensure the desired treatment.

The members of the Element H - Health team that have access to data allowing to identify people are requested to protect that information as prescribed by the present declaration on data privacy. In particular, they have to refrain from using this data to any other purpose that those stated herein.

How to exercice your rights in the frame of the handling of your personal data ?

You are entitled to ask a copy of your personal data at any moment, inorder to verify the accuracy of the data that is kept and/or to update or correct it. Your request will be taken in consideration and handled.

You can also request that your personal data be completely erased if the handling is based on your consent.

Should you have any question or should you consider your rights have not been respected, you can let us know.

In order to ensure the respect of your privacy, and for your own safety, we will undertake the necessary endeavours to verify your identity before you can consult or potentially amend your data.

The Element H - Health team has appointed a person that will ensure data protection as well as confidentiality and safety of the data. That person will also ensure the applicable laws are applied. You can reach them for any question regarding your rights related to data privacy.
